Look at the mother’s hands in this painting, how she is holding her tiny infant with such care.  Does it not express the magic of a mother’s hands?  And the gentleness, the bliss, in her eyes.

“Only love interests me, and I am only in contact with things I love.”― Marc Chagall

Chagall may have said this, but it is my mom who taught me this.  Thank you, Mom, for the love that flows without end from your heart to mine.  Thank you for holding me with such infinite care. I love you so very much.
